![]() ![]() The reason I mention this is because I think it is very important to spread around your legendary characters and support them properly. Zhange Fei and Zhuge Liang also lead their own armies. So it is possible to play tall and small with Lui Bei. It was enough that when Cao Cao got weak and swore fealty to Lady Wu, I eventually even crushed her and forced fealty, despite being half her size. Guan Yu and Zhou Yun can basically kill entire armies by themselves by now so even when the AI brings 2 full stacks they perish. I took Chen and Penchang, and some surrounding areas and I now pretty much keep 2 full stack armies of Liu Bei (w/ Guan Yu & Fu Wan), and Zhou Yun (w/ Wei Fan & Shou Ruo) in the area. In my current Liu Bei campaign i managed to get Liu Cong, Gongsun Zan, and Kong Rong into a coalition and smacked Cao Cao around. You have to be aware of the penalty whenever you decide to engage diplomatic ties or break them with other factions.īest tips I can give is try to get yourself in a corner and expand from there. You can break trade deals but you have to wait for 5 turns (I believe) and the faction will hold a grudge on you.if they are stronger than you, they might attack you.Ģ. Your trade deals should be with factions far away from your domain. ![]() So, do not sign any Non-aggression deals or trade deals. For example, if you play as Liu Bei, you will eventually want to expand either towards Kong Rong or Tao Qian's domain. I haven't play 3K for quite some time, so I might not use the correct in-game terminology.Īnyways, I haven't had issues with other factions attacking me (except for Dong Zhou) on legendary difficulty. If you break treaties prematurely or attack someone after signing peace deal, those type of things will have a huge impact on your trustworthiness ( which you can track on the diplomatic UI). ![]() The world hates you not because you took out Cao Cao but your diplomatic penalty or your trustworthiness is too low. ![]()
